Elisa, I don’t understand why in footballing-crazy countries like Spain and Italy that domestic cup football is not popular at all.
Grell – Yes, the Havant game was a classic example of romance in tthe cup – apart from the result that is!
Brendan – nice win for United in the FA Cup yesterday but what do you think of Sir Alex’ team that lost at home to Coventry before 70.000 fans in the first round of the League Cup?
Blackeye and Kucho – I don’t think Capello is stupid. he will include Becks in the squad and give him a cap (Switzerland in a friendly) to avoid media hype and then never have to worry about him again!.
Siobhan – Of course the League Cup matters, did you not see the two semi final matches?
