DF: You are listening to languagecaster.com’s football-language podcast. Welcome to the Learn English Through Football podcast for all those who love the beautiful game of football and who wish to improve their English language skills. My name’s Damian and I’m in very a sunny London on the day of the Champions League final which will see the two languagecaster teams facing off against each other in Madrid. Wow! I never, ever thought I’d say those words! Damon, of course, is in Tokyo, Japan and we’ll be hearing from him later on in the show when he’ll be talking all about Liverpool’s chances in that final. Before that, I’ll be talking about my own team’s chances in this season’s final as well as looking back at some of the best moments that Spurs had on the way to that final.
