Day two of the 2022 World Cup with six teams playing their first games of the tournament. England defeated Iran 6-2 with an impressive performance and although no one predicted that score, over 30 of the competitors did earn a point for predicting a win for England. We have four players in first place in our predictions competition on 8 points: James, Brookings Boys, Yetanotherone and the LearnEnglishThroughFootball team. Well done also to Fitzpab who has managed to score in all four predictions so far and is in fifth place on 6 points. Four matches tomorrow including the holders France against Australia, Denmark play Tunisia, Mexico face Poland and Argentina take on Saudi Arabia. Get your scores in now!
