A podcast is like a radio show that you can hear on your computer or your mp3 player (e.g. an i-pod).
There are two ways of listening:

1. Click on the icon for podpress to download the show on your computer
2. Click on the itunes_1click.gif to receive automatic downloads every week

There are 3 types of files:
1. worksheets – questions connected to one of the sections on the show with answers and transcripts.
