In a recent post here at languagecaster we featured the cliche – ‘not that type of player‘ and after Pedro received a red card last week in the Community Shield some pundits suggested that he was ‘not that type of player‘, i.e. he is not usually a dirty player.
What other examples can you think of where someone has been described as ‘not that type of player‘?
