To get something without fully deserving it, to obtain something in a sneaky way. A team can sneak a win or sneak a point (or a draw).
  • Example: England did sneak a 2-2 draw, but it was a poor performance against The Czech Republic.
  • Example: Despite not playing well, the away side still managed to sneak a point after a late equaliser.
