I sometimes hear the commentator say "flying" or "flying high", what does it actually mean? Also, what does "all over" mean in this context?
Manchester City are flying all over the park at the moment.
Fulham are flying high.

I think there are two different meanings here. In the first example, Manchester City are flying all over the park could suggest that they are either playing really well or that they are moving really quickly. I think it might be the first one.
In the second example, the expression flying high means that Fulham are doing well and are higher in the table than many people expected they would be. We can hear the expression 'flying high in the table'.
