What does "mauling" mean?

Man City 3-1 Man Utd

Sky Sports' Gary Neville:

The second half has been a mauling.

Man City have been dominant.

Also, what does apostrophe + 's mean in "Sky Sports' Gary Neville?

A mauling is used to describe when one team has easily defeated their opponent - they have been all over them. In this example, City have completely dominated United. United have been mauled by City.

Gary Neville is a pundit for the company Sky Sports so the apostrophe shows that he works (or belongs) in this company.
