What does "in the pound seats" mean?
25 mins: Manchester City 0-0 Aston Villa
Liverpool have equalised.
City still in the pound seats of course. 75% of the ball here. Three shots, but yet to hit the target. No shot yet from the Villa.

I am not sure what this phrase means - I am guessing that as City wre still winning the league at this time then it means they are still in front (the pound seats being more expensive than other ones maybe)
