What does "have more of a go"Â mean?
Newcastle 0-0 Man City
48: Nice build-up from Newcastle who are already having more of a go in this half than in the first. Livramento charges forward and pulls the ball back from inside the area for Tonali, whose shot is blocked.

Hello,
To have a go means to try a little harder. So, in this example it means that Newcastle are doing more attacking in the second half than in the first half.
