There are two ways of listening:

1. Click on the icon for podpress to download the show on your computer
2. Click on the itunes_1click.gif to receive automatic downloads every week

You can download worksheets, transcripts, vocabulary lists and answers from each show. There are 3 types of files:
1. worksheets – questions connected to one of the sections on the show with answers and transcripts.
2. vocabulary sheet – an explanation of some of the words and phrases from the show
3. English for Football – an explanation of a key football expression
